Fluent in both English and Bengali, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office

Introduce new buyer and need to collect order for smooth production.
Need to prepare all program (lab dip, knitting, dyeing, etc) and follow up with concern team.
Maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).
Maintain professional relationships with buyers and with their representative, also Provide guidance to factories on buyer-specific systems and procedures.
Monitor daily production & quality activities and address any issues promptly.
Ensure proper coordination among production, planning, material sourcing, and other relevant teams to meet shipment deadlines.
Ensure the correct and timely submission of samples for confirmed orders and new developments. Supervise sample activities and maintain quality standards.
