Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor degree in any Discipline (Preferred BBA)

MBA holders or candidates with Professional Certifications in Marketing or Sales will be given preference

Experience

• 3 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Security Service

Responsibilities & Context

Key Requirements: Age between 24-30 years

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing IT products, preferably in Digital Security and Network Products.

Prior experience with Banking IT/Automation vendors will be considered a significant advantage.

Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bengali & English)Strong presentation and proposal development skills.

Capable of performing basic pricing and cost calculations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle and technical product pitching.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client communications

Job Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients (especially banks and financial institutions).

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up on prospects.

Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to prepare pricing models and project scopes.

Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings. Track and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
