Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Land Management, Property Management & Preservation Services

Responsibilities & Context
- Manage the marketing and sales activities of the company’s residential and commercial projects.
- Identify potential buyers and new clients while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Arrange project visits and provide clients with relevant information, guidance, and consultation.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular progress reports.
- Participate in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and direct marketing activities.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable apartments or commercial spaces based on their requirements and successfully complete the sales process.
