Responsibilities & Context
- Entrepreneurial Literacy & enterprise development activities in the field level.
- Build relationships with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders
- Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries and facilitators.
- Visit target shops regularly and provide the best performance.
- Collect constructive feedback on customers on how well it is working.
- Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Achieve the targets and strategic objectives.
- Develop sales strategies and set strategic goals.
- Compile and analyze sales figures; provide intelligence through proper reports.
- Monitor team performance and energize them to achieve goals.
- Make partnership with proper distributors.
