• Fluent in Bengali; English proficiency is a plus.

• Willingness to travel within Dhaka and occasionally outside Dhaka to meet clients.

As we expand, we are looking for dynamic, motivated Sales Representatives to help us grow our presence in local shops, pharmacies, and supershops across Bangladesh.

Job Description:

As a Marketing Sales Representative for Gio Naturals, you will be responsible for expanding our distribution by introducing our premium food products to local retailers. You will be the face of our brand, building relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers, and ensuring our products are well represented on their shelves. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for healthy and natural foods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential retailers (supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, and specialty shops) to stock our products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers to ensure ongoing sales growth.

• Promote the health benefits and unique selling points of our natural and organic food products.

• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and shelf space with retailers.

• Monitor product performance in stores and provide feedback to management.

• Meet or exceed sales targets by growing our retail network and increasing product visibility.

• Regularly visit retail outlets to ensure products are well displayed, and inventory is maintained.

• Prepare sales reports, track progress, and maintain customer data using CRM software.
