Responsibilities & Context
- Develop different shades of Masterbatch as per customer demand.
- Recipe development for manufacturing cost-effective and quality product.
- Assist production department for manufacturing quality product.
- Communicate with sourcing and QC department to source cost-effective raw-materials.
- Any work assigned by higher authority.
