Additional Requirements

Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and fire safety services of projects.
Assist the project team and logistics division in procurement of mechanical machineries and equipment.
Design and review mechanical installation and services in buildings; Ventilations, firefighting & safety, Air Conditioning, HVAC and ducting systems, Hot and Cold Water, sanitary, drainage, waste management and treatment mechanical systems.
Safety systems design calculations, drawings and scope of works.
Review and approve Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings submitted by the Contractors or Design Consultants for mechanical and plumbing services of projects.
Shall be good hand in AUTO CAD, MS Office etc software.
Review and ensure the documents prepared meets the quality standard requirements.
Supervise schedule maintenance of process machinery, Utility machinery and QC machinery.
Report Plant head for all sorts technical issues related to Mechanical, Electrical, Power generation (GAS and Diesel), Boiler, Wash, ETP maintenance, & utility services.
Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the plant / machinery and take corrective measures.
Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
