Patient, persuasive, and have the confidence and experience needed to be taken seriously by the beneficiary

Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation
Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers
Positive work ethic and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities

Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Measuring the vital parameters of all patients: temperature, heart and respiratory rates, blood pressure, etc
Registering the main elements of osculation on surveillance forms, along with the dates and times of patient arrivals
Undertaking complementary examinations, if necessary
To the referral doctor for all cases requiring a medical/surgical opinion
To the reference hospital for cases requiring emergency hospitalization
Registering the main elements and the diagnoses
Making clear notes on the medical prescriptions
Ensuring the maintenance of appropriate departmental documentation
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical facility
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Completing all assigned tasks as necessary to meet the demands of the work environment
Medical officers will manage all aspects related to patient care within their departments
Ensuring the highest standards in patient care are maintained
Supervising, and monitoring patient’s healthcare and collaborating with consultants
Managing and identifying areas of improvement in patient care
Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record-keeping practices
Providing emergency First-aid to the patients and referring them to the district hospital if needed
