Up-to-date knowledge about communicable and non-communicable diseases and their management.
Professional experience in performing patient diagnosis, treatment giving, and referral smoothly.
Adequate knowledge of health administration.
Knowledge of Tele-health and telemedicine, mobile telecommunicationComputer operating skills- MS Office.
Technologically sound about smartphone use, android phone use, and web browsing.

Responsible for:

Manage and coordinate the Dhaka Doctor Centre and Decentralized Doctor Centers as part of mHealth Program Implementation.
Maintaining continuous coordination between the Health team and the ISM team to operate the doctor center smoothly.

Activities:

Give continuous feedback on the mHealth application to the application development team to make the application more specific and user-friendly.
Support to develop/review mHealth algorithms with the Application development team.
Check and monitor received cases in the doctor center interface that come from the FCMs’ mobile.
Provide solutions to the cases through the mHealth operating system.
Communicating with the FCMs when required.
Providing treatment and generating prescriptions through the operating system.
Taking a decision for referral of the patient.
Providing advice for patient management.
Provide daily reports on the statistics of Dhaka doctor center.
To help the supervisor with staff requirements for the project and other project-related activities.
Provide regular feedback to the supervisor.
Provide quarterly visits to decentralized doctor centers to see their work progress and responses to FCM. The findings should be reported to the supervisor.
Any other work assigned by the supervisors and Friendship Management.
