Responsibilities & Context

• Ability to lead standardized care to the staff & workers.

• Prepare and Provide awareness on common injuries or sicknesses of the plant.

• Prepare and Provide awareness on hygienic best practices for the workers and the employees.

• Execute and support management to arrange different Health Campaigns and Programs for the workers.

• Ensure the Monthly follow-up for the pregnant workers, and provide necessary information about important vitamins, calcium and iron related to pregnancy.

• Provide training to First Aid brigade members and First Aid box keepers.
