As we expand our e-commerce operations to the UAE and other Asian markets, we are seeking a talented E-commerce Operations Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Product Planning and Development
- Develop and execute product plans aligned with company strategy and market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with designers and buyers to create innovative product collections.
Sourcing and Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Negotiate favorable terms for pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and ethical sourcing practices.
Merchandising
- Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Create assortments and product mix that cater to different customer segments.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize markdowns.
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities to enhance store presentation.
Pricing and Promotion
- Develop pricing strategies that align with brand positioning and profitability goals.
- Manage promotional activities, including sales, discounts, and marketing campaigns.
