We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production and Merchandising Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Production and Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process and merchandising strategies for Torr’s fashion lines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the entire production process from initial design through to final product delivery.
• Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the best quality and prices.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet Torr’s standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product launches and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with international teams to align production and merchandising strategies across all markets.
• Prepare regular reports on production status, sales performance, and inventory levels.
• Conduct post-season analysis to identify successes and areas for improvement.
