Job Summary: The Senior Merchandiser – Woven Garments will be responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process for woven garment products. This includes product development, sourcing, inventory management, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the woven garment industry, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal woven garment collections that align with market trends and consumer demands.
- Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery all fabric and accessories.
- Ensure make booking fabric, accessories, Trims on time and inhouse as per estimated schedule.
- Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies for woven garments that align with brand objectives and delivery targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage the lifecycle of fabrics, accessories and Trims to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, production team, QA team to ensure cohesive product development and successful product launches, etc.
