What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience building scalable MERN-based applications
Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js, with real-world projects
Hands-on experience in backend development with Node.js & Express
Proficiency in MongoDB and/or Firestore with good understanding of schema design
Experience integrating payment systems (SSLCommerz/bKash preferred)
Strong grasp of Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Functions)
Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and Agile development
Bonus: Experience building course platforms or SaaS products
Day to Day full reporting All the working progress
Used to with CRM and Daily morking meeting

Required Skills:

Learning Bangladesh is building a modern, production-ready SaaS course platform to empower instructors and learners through seamless technology. Our mission is to make course creation, management, and monetization simple, scalable, and impactful. We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer who thrives in startup environments and is passionate about scalable architecture and impactful user experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end development of core modules across the LMS platform.
Convert UI wireframes and Figma designs into responsive, modular components using React.js/Next.js + Tailwind CSS.
Develop, manage and monitor fronted & backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and Firebase Functions.
Design and integrate NoSQL database models using MongoDB & Firestore.
Handle authentication and authorization logic (learner, instructor, admin).
Collaborate with frontend/backend team, QA, and designers in an Agile workflow.
Implement SEO best practices, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility compliance.
Lead or contribute to code reviews and documentation.
Troubleshoot complex logic, identify bottlenecks, and provide robust solutions.
