Responsibilities & Context

• Take full responsibility for contract management of MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) projects, including contract negotiation, signing, performance management, and risk control.
• Review contract terms to ensure alignment with company interests and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Participate in the preparation and evaluation of bidding documents, providing professional advice on contract clauses.
• Coordinate contractual communication and dispute resolution among stakeholders such as the client, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth contract execution.
• Actively engage in contract management matters during the project execution phase, including schedule, variations, and claims, to support project compliance and profitability.
• Optimize contract management processes based on the local context of the Bangladesh market, enhancing localized management practices; provide institutional support and professional training for the company’s projects in the South Asia region.
• Guide and mentor contract management team members to drive continuous improvement in team capabilities.
