Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (flexible based on experience).
Experience
- At least 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in QA/QC, preferably in a buying house (knit and woven, both specializations required).
- Strong knowledge of knit & woven quality standards (AQL, defects handling, etc.).
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
- Preference given to candidates with buying house experience.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure quality standards of knit & woven garments as per buyer requirements.
- Conduct pre-production, in-line, and final inspections.
- Monitor factory production processes to maintain quality compliance.
- Coordinate with merchandising & production teams for timely deliveries.
- Address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and communicate with buyers/suppliers.
- Candidates must be willing to visit factories frequently.
