- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals across the nation, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance.

- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
