- Achieve a 90%+ retention rate for key distributors and major clients.

Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategy – Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve national revenue targets.
- Achieve Sales Targets – Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Market Expansion – Identify and penetrate new markets to expand brand presence and sales coverage.
- Overall Market share is to be increased up to 25% by first year.
- Distributor & Channel Management – Build and manage an effective distributor network ensuring product availability.
- Revenue Growth Initiatives – Introduce promotional campaigns, trade offers, and innovative selling tactics to maximize revenue.
- Sales Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force to achieve strategic goals.
- Key Account Management – Manage top-tier clients, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage sales analytics, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
- Budget & Cost Control – Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Product Knowledge & Training – Equip the sales team with in-depth knowledge of Luggage & baggage market of Bangladesh.
- Sustainability in Sales Practices – Implement eco-friendly and ethical sales practices that align with company values.
