  • Reduce sales operational costs by 10% annually without compromising performance.
  • Achieve a 90%+ retention rate for key distributors and major clients.

  • Knowledge of Luggage, Bag Market & Business, Distribution Management, Sales Strategy Development, Timely Mannered / Punctuality, Online Sales Knowledge, Direct & corporate Sales knowledge, Target oriented & willing to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy – Design and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve national revenue targets.
  • Achieve Sales Targets – Drive the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Market Expansion – Identify and penetrate new markets to expand brand presence and sales coverage.
  • Overall Market share is to be increased up to 25% by first year.
  • Distributor & Channel Management – Build and manage an effective distributor network ensuring product availability.
  • Revenue Growth Initiatives – Introduce promotional campaigns, trade offers, and innovative selling tactics to maximize revenue.
  • Sales Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales force to achieve strategic goals.
  • Key Account Management – Manage top-tier clients, negotiate contracts, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage sales analytics, market trends, and competitor insights to refine strategies.
  • Budget & Cost Control – Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Product Knowledge & Training – Equip the sales team with in-depth knowledge of Luggage & baggage market of Bangladesh.
  • Sustainability in Sales Practices – Implement eco-friendly and ethical sales practices that align with company values.
