Strong editorial judgment, writing, and editing skills.
Excellent knowledge of media law, ethical journalism practices, and fact-checking procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and newsroom software.Familiarity with SEO, social media strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Passion for news, current affairs, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production of daily news content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and editorial Integrity.
Assign, review, and edit news stories for various digital and print platforms.

Monitor news trends and breaking news to ensure timely and relevant coverage.
Collaborate with multimedia teams to integrate video, audio, and interactive content into News stories.
Maintain editorial guidelines, ensuring all published content aligns with company policies and Ethical journalism standards.
Manage deadlines and workflow in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
Analyze audience engagement data to refine content strategies and improve readership.
Lead and mentor a team of journalists, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
