Responsibilities & Context
• Oversee all administrative operations during the night shift.
• Ensure security, safety, and proper discipline of the workforce.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
• Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and worker movements.
• Handle emergency situations and report to higher management as required.
• Supervise canteen, housekeeping, and medical support during night hours.
• Maintain shift-wise reports and hand over updates to day shift management.
• Ensure compliance with factory policies and labor laws.
