Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee all administrative operations during the night shift.
- Ensure security, safety, and proper discipline of the workforce.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, and worker movements.
- Handle emergency situations and report to higher management as required.
- Supervise canteen, housekeeping, and medical support during night hours.
- Maintain shift-wise reports and hand over updates to day shift management.
- Ensure compliance with factory policies and labor laws.
