- Experience with EB servicing, client relationship management, and claims support.
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, and presentation tools.
- Familiarity with health analytics and TPA functioning is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
Role Description:
- Manage Reinsurance, Accounts, group health, personal accident, and non-life EB portfolios
- Handle client onboarding, policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and renewals.
- Collaborate with TPAs, underwriters, brokers, and wellness vendors to ensure service excellence.
- Analyze claims trends and suggests cost-containment measures to clients.
- Prepare MIS reports, renewal proposals, and client dashboards for review and decision-making.
- Liaison with Shadharan Bima Corporation (SBC)
- Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements
