  • Skills Required:
  • Thorough knowledge of group health/non-life products, underwriting & Reinsurance (Treaty & Fac).
  • Experience with EB servicing, client relationship management, and claims support.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel, and presentation tools.
  • Familiarity with health analytics and TPA functioning is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context

Role Description:

  • Manage Reinsurance, Accounts, group health, personal accident, and non-life EB portfolios
  • Handle client onboarding, policy issuance, endorsements, claims coordination, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with TPAs, underwriters, brokers, and wellness vendors to ensure service excellence.
  • Analyze claims trends and suggests cost-containment measures to clients.
  • Prepare MIS reports, renewal proposals, and client dashboards for review and decision-making.
  • Liaison with Shadharan Bima Corporation (SBC)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with IDRA norms and support audit & reporting requirements
