Education

• Diploma in Nursing

• 3 years Diploma in Nursing from recognized nursing institute with registration from Bangladesh Nursing Council (BNC)

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 30 years

• Smart, pro-active, enthusiastic and result-oriented
• Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result-oriented
• Good communication skills both in verbal & written English
• Familiar with MS-Office
• Willing to stay at the factory site

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide first aid treatment to workers when required.
• Provide medicine to workers according to the prescription of the doctor (if available).
• Smoothly provide health and medical services to employees.
• Properly maintain the accident/injury register.
• Awareness should be given to all first aiders.
• Assist the Doctor in estimating the age & fitness of new employees.
• Perfectly maintain Medicine issue & stock register.
• Properly maintain the health checkup register for pregnant workers.
• To make sure the hygienic environment of the medical room is maintained.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
