Responsibilities & Context
- To ensure the medical fitness certificate for the newly recruited employees.
- To ensure and provide the first aid treatment for the employee.
- To transfer the patient to the medical officer or to the hospital with the reference of medical officer (if necessary).
- To follow up the maternity record as well as the mother. To ensure the dressing for the injured patient.
- To check the BP.
- To ensure the blood grouping.
- To check the blood sugar.
- To ensure the medicine requisition and receive the medicine and inventory.
- To ensure the eye sight checking for the new worker.
- To submit the weekly patient, disease, medicine name and quality status report to the HR dept.
- To approve the leave for the worker when the medical officer is absent.
- To maintain all the register those are related to the register.
- To check and finalize the file for the new employee.
