Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record. Degree in Computer Science & Engineering/EEE /Telecommunication is preferred.

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years

Additional Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in working with Card/ADC/Electronic Banking related systems or software development.
  • Basic knowledge about Card Systems, Payment Gateway & Merchant Acquiring Platforms.
  • Knowledge about QR codes, NFC, Mobile wallets, and POS technology.
  • Strong SQL scripting capability and experience in Python or any other prominent programing language.
  • A clear concept of the payment system domain, including VISA, MC, JCB/NPSB operations.
  • Basic Knowledge of the Oracle Database Management System and Unix Platform.
  • Knowledge about PCIDSS and Cyber Security.
  • Willing to provide support 24/7 on a requirement-based basis.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Critical thinking, skeptical judgment, and proactive decision-making.
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.

BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Technology Division:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Card Management Systems, Payment Gateways, Merchant Acquiring Solutions, and Call Center Solutions.
  • Work on different projects related to Alternate Delivery Channels, Cards, and Electronic Banking.
  • Develop software & tools as per user requirements.
  • Investigate different issues and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support.
  • Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the OEM provided release and deploy it in production.
  • Implement payment scheme mandates like VISA, Master Card, and JCB mandates.
  • Plan and prioritize the production schedule for any issues to ensure on time delivery.
  • Implement and comply with the central bank’s, PCIDSS’s, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Vendor Relationship and ensure AMC, SLA, and billing related to applications
  • Any other work or responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or management of the bank.
