Additional Requirements

Developing and implementing Compliance, Labor Law, Buyers’ COC, Industry standards, etc.
Prepare and update policy / procedure / SOP for HR & Compliance.
Handling factory training & development, disciplinary actions, employee relations, grievance handling, etc.
Leading the compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensuring smooth rectification.
Coordinate all Social, Environmental Compliance Audit /Security audits such as (SEDEX, Costco, C-TPAT/SCAN, GMP, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, Nirapon, Higg, etc.)Maintain all certificates and licenses of the factory.
Prepare CAP against first-party and third-party audits.
Perform internal audit.
Ensure and maintain all the compliance related registers, Check all data, records, format, statement, rack, file, and register of all departments which should be properly prepared, issued updated, and maintained as per compliance requirements/standards.
Prepare meeting and training schedules and provide different training (induction, motivation, work-related, security, and EHS) to workers and mid-level management.
Ensure and verify social compliance standards in the factory.
Prepared All Auditee Document.
Follow up & monitor the floor Compliance.
If required then give instructions for smooth rectification.
Decent working knowledge about Payroll.
Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
