Responsibilities & Context

The Officer – EED Support will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling the company’s ceramic tiles and bricks by liaising with EED (Education Engineering Department) zonal offices, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and organizing training sessions for stakeholders. This position requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships, providing training, and managing sales documentation effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily and monthly EED sales reports, including forecasts vs. achievements.
• Submit EED sales statements and reports to management and zonal PMs.
• Process and verify EED sales orders, ensuring accuracy and necessary approvals.
• Finalize and forward orders for MR, CDO, and CMR issuance.
• Maintain and categorize EED project databases and approval files.
• Record and address complaints, including product issues and color variations.
• Assist customers and contractors with sales services, payment collection, and database queries.
• Contact contractors to ensure timely payment collection.
• Handle cheque submissions, deposits, bounced cheques, and payment-related communications.
• Resolve issues related to MR, CDO, and CMR approvals.
• Track project sales to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform zonal activities and support EED sales in zero-support areas.
• Develop relationships with engineers and contractors to enhance business opportunities.
