Responsibilities & Context
- Help management to implement HR policies and ensure procedures of compliance with labor laws.
- Source and recruit all workers and staffs as per the requisition from different department.
- Maintain proper recruitment and selection process, screening resumes, and arranging to scheduling interviews.
- Prepare all HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Maintain the service book information as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Maintain leave register of all workers & staff.
- Prepare wages and overtime of all worker and staffs.
- Regular counseling of absentee workers to reduce absenteeism rate.
- Prepare and cross check monthly wages and overtime data to disburse through MFS.
- Assist to open bKash/bank account for wages disbursement of new employees.
- Maintain shift wise leave and attendance as per company policy.
- Prepare and distribute ID Card to all employees as and when required.
- Ensure proper onboarding of all workers and staff before deploying for work.
- To check and ensure overtime records with OT requisition submitted by concerned department.
- Submit insurance claim for all employees and follow-up settlement process and prepare quarterly report for claim amount vs settled amount.
- Maintain all entry and exit formalities of all worker and staffs as per Bangladesh Labor Law.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
