Additional Requirements

Experience in Payroll Management at the factory level will get preference.

Sourcing Non-Management worker, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees

Responsible for Payroll Management of the factory

Maintain and update employee records, manage HR databases, and handle documentation related to HR policies and procedures

Monitor attendance, overtime and ensure on time salary generation through salary reconciliation process

Facilitate communication between employees and management to address queries, concerns, and grievances, thereby fostering a healthy work culture.

Support in organizing training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Assist in the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes of HR and employee performance reviews

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, stay informed of HR best practices and making recommendations for improvements
