Responsibilities & Context

Overview:

As a Human Resources Officer, you will require to manage payroll, compensation and benefits, reporting to the HR Head. You will require to ensure HR practices meet organizational goals and legal standards while contributing to strategic initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer the payroll process, including collecting and verifying employee timesheets, processing salary payments, and handling deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including bonuses, overtime, and other adjustments.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee queries related to payroll.
  • Handle employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and support engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records, prepare reports, and support HR projects.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR compliance requirements.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
