To check different types of local purchase bills as per approved work order.
Checking Store Challans, Gate pass Books, Incoming Register of Raw material, accessories items.
Engages in weekly, monthly, half-yearly inventory counting.
Various types of Cash Bill Checking i.e. Conveyance, Entertainment, Lunch etc.
Vehicle Log book checking for payment as per company rules.
Time to time visit production floor for checking floor status.
Cash book verification along with monthly physical cash counting.
Conduct market survey, visit sub-contract factory as and when required.
Any other work as per requirement of department senior related to Internal audit activities.
