Requirements

Education

• The incumbent should possess Bachelor (Hons.) and Master’s degree in Economics/Development Studies/Social Science/Social Work/Social Welfare/Business Administration or BSC Engineering, CSE/EEE/Civil/Mechanical from a UGC-approved university.
• More than one 3rd Class is not acceptable in Academic Career.

Experience

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  NGO, Micro-Credit

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 45 years

• Need to 5 Year’s Experience in Program’s Training Facilitation, Entrepreneur’s Business Development.
• Maintain liaison and coordination with PKSF regarding monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and documentation as well as make extensive field visits on a regular basis.
• Any other tasks, duties, or specific tasks assigned by the Project Coordinator and senior management of the Mohila Bohumukhi Shikkha Kendra (MBSK).
• Computer Literacy is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context

Mohila Bohumukhi Shikkha Kendra (MBSK), Balubari , Dinajpur is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the appointment of the following posts in the Recovery and advancement of Informal Sector Employment (RAISE) Project jointly funded by the World Bank and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF).

Duration:

The employee will initially be hired for a one-year term, with the possibility of extending the contract till 30 June 2026, based on satisfactory performance.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of the Program is applicable according to the work plan including the related programs of the project, especially the entrepreneurship business development, skill development, training facilitation.

Other admissible benefits (Festival Bonus, Bangla Noboborsho allowance, Mobile allowance, Conveyance allowance etc.) as per the organization’s policy.
Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules.
