Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Minimum B.Sc & M.Sc on Chemistry discipline from recognized reputed Institute/ university

Additional Requirements

• Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates/workers
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

We are looking for experienced/Freshers for a Leading FMCG Manufacturing Companies in Bangladesh to lead Packaging Team.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Your main responsibilities is as an Officer-(Quality Control/Production)
• Quick step to perform Quality Control/Production related activities & communicate to respective Person and other related concerns as and when required.
• Direct & control relevant staff to ensure that they are properly motivated, trained & developed accordance with health, safety & hygiene standard.
• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
• Develops and implements manpower plans (i.e. shifts) to maximize employees’ efficiency
• To run the Quality Control/Production activities smoothly coordinate with Production and concern department.
• Ensure quality of products as per the company standard with cost effective manner.
• Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
