- The Officer – Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for Benzol Lubricant products within the assigned territory.
- The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and customers, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills, with prior experience in the Lubricant or Automobile industry preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Identify potential customers and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Promote Benzol Lubricant products through effective sales and marketing activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the logistics team for smooth delivery and stock management.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and trade fairs to enhance brand awareness.
- Provide feedback on product performance and market demand to support product development.
