Responsibilities & Context
HAMKO Group is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Officer to manage and promote our Lubricant Products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our product market share by driving sales, executing effective marketing campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with customers and distributors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with premium lubricant products in a highly competitive market.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for lubricant products (engine oil, industrial lubricants, etc.).
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market share.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and ensure after-sales support.
- Organize promotional campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product delivery.
