Requirements
Education
The candidate should have Graduate/ Masters in Marketing or any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates)
Experience
At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy, Fisheries, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry
Additional Requirements
Age At least 25 years
Required knowledge:
Planning, Product Knowledge, Sales & Marketing knowledge, sales control systems, sales ordering and payment method, credit collection
Required skills:
Communication, Negotiation, Sales Forecasting, Motivation. Reporting skill, Presentation skill, Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Required competencies:
Leadership, Self-awareness, dealing with ambiguity, relationship building
Responsibilities & Context
Must be target oriented, planning and take initiatives to achieve the sales target.
Ensure timely collection of receivables from clients as per policy.
Responsible for ensuring timely product delivery to the clients.
Prepare and finalize sales and collection forecast with necessary analysis and comparison.
Possess drive to increase sales and achieve targets by utilizing all opportunities.
Market visit, new client hunt, creating market opportunity and report to authority.
Implement organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
Develop new clients and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.
Provide prompt and on time services to customers.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
