Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for assigned sales targets.
- Follow the sales process for every customer.
- Maintained customer inquiries, portal entry, follow-up & converted them to final buyers.
- Execute BTL & other promotional activities.
- Prepare BRTA documents, banking, A/C & Vat related work.
- Ensure product display, availability and PDI.
- Observe competitor’s movements and keep updated about product knowledge.
- Dealing with customers, finding out their needs and expectations & conveying them to the supervisor.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with the Branch in charge and supervisor.
