Additional Requirements

Relevant technical experience which would include practical experience in the operation & maintenance of machinery plant, preferably gained in Marine or Power Generation environment.
Knowledge on lubricants including used oil analysis & condition monitoring would be of advantage.
B2B sales and industrial experience in lubricant/paint/chemical/manufacturing industry particularly in MNC will be preferred.
Sound in email communication with excellent presentation skills.
Knowledge on computer literacy is required
Open to travel Frequently.

Function: Market Development and Technical service.
Proactively identify new business opportunities for Shell Marine Lubricant
Meeting regular sales target and coordinating strategic sales plan.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key business partners and keeping customer records.
Design an effective system of reporting on existing and new business opportunities.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education .
Providing after-sales support service like technical back up as required.
Analyzing costs and sales.
Work with key personnel to generate sales projects.
Stay up to date with all industry trends, issues and news.
Mail communication with foreign clients .
