Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure sample fabric heat set, stenter, compacting & dryer parameter to achieve quality.
- Ensure peach and brush machine parameter during production.
- Prepare dyeing finishing technical data for archiving.
- Ensure floor housekeeping & PPE (Personal protective Equipment) usage in production area.
- Communicate with M&M team for sample fabric quality issue.
- Prepare finished fabric delivery status report.
- Prepare finishing floor sample fabric status report.
- Conduct meeting with subordinates on finished sample fabric production & quality issues.
- Handover fabric swatch & technical data to knitting, Dyeing & Dyeing finishing and laboratory section for sample fabric production
