Responsibilities & Context
- Maintaining the minimum stock level of every essential material and informing the supervisor.
- Collection of Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR) from different sections and taking necessary steps for further action.
- Collect store requisition slips and deliver the goods after approval.
- To assist the Purchase Officer in ensuring appropriate procurement of the materials.
- To assist the Store In-Charge / Officer in updating the stock ledger, MRR, Store report and inventory on time.
- Following appropriate store inventory and methods as deemed fit.
- Ensuring proper tagging and storing of raw materials & goods in appropriate places.
- Measuring & storing of incoming raw materials.
- Assisting Store In-Charge with proper management of the store.
- The candidate must be capable of storing goods by following the BIDC Store Control Manual.
