Responsibilities & Context

Ventura Leatherware Mfy (BD) Ltd is hiring an Officer – Electrical & Automation to maintain and troubleshoot 3-phase power systems, motor controls, and PLC-based automation. The role focuses on ensuring machine reliability through expertise in servo systems, AC/DC motors, and electrical testing tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in designing and maintaining 3-phase power systems, motor controls, and PLC-based automation.
• Skilled in using multimeters and megohmmeters to test voltage, current, resistance, and insulation.
• Good understanding of servo motor parts (rotor, stator, encoder), servo drives, and how closed-loop systems work.
• Able to troubleshoot issues with encoder alignment, signal loss, or electrical noise.
• Knowledgeable about AC/DC motors, brushed vs. brushless motors, torque-speed curves, and how to calculate power.
