Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients via email and phone.
- Coordinate with the production team on ongoing projects.
- Maintain workflow reports and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and client satisfaction
- Attend meetings and contribute to team activities.
- Identify and suggest improvements in client service.
