- Optional but preferred: any certification in student counseling, English proficiency (such as IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo, PTE), GRE, GMAT, or recognized certifications related to educational consultancy or international student recruitment (such as AIRC, ICEF, etc.) will be given priority.

Higher Study Advisor LLC is a U.S.-based educational consultancy firm, now expanding its operations to Bangladesh. We specialize in providing comprehensive support for students and professionals pursuing education and immigration to the USA and Canada. Our services include university application guidance, visa application assistance, test preparation, immigration services and personalized counseling to help individuals achieve their academic and professional goals abroad.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and coordinating online appointments (USA and BD time zones)
Managing CRM for a consultancy firm
Providing student counseling and guidance
Instructing on English proficiency preparation
Handling official tasks and online office management
Proficiency in online tools, including AI-based tools
Managing university applications
Drafting SOPs (Statements of Purpose) and LORs (Letters of Recommendation)
Training students for visa interviews and assisting with visa applications
