- Relevant experience in operations management, ideally within a nonprofit or charitable trust.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to charitable organizations.
- Familiarity with compliance, financial documentation, and audit processes in the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Plan, implement, and monitor trust programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and charitable governance requirements.
- Support the Board of Trustees with timely documentation and operational updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (Government Authorities/ NGOs etc.) for project implementation.
- Oversee facility management, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and monitoring expenditures.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate records and documentation.
