Responsibilities & Context
Role Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management and office administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
Prioritize tasks to appropriate departments and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
Maintain the quality of deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor team performance and manage team KPIs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably Science or Mathematics).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, office administration, or HR.
General understanding of English. (Complete understanding and fluency of English will be given preference and eligible for a higher salary. English skills will be assessed during the interview)
