Responsibilities & Context

Nationwide Sourcing: Fresh fish are collected daily from different regions including coastal areas like Mohipur, river basins, and selected farms across Bangladesh.

Processing & Storage: Products are cleaned, processed, and packaged hygienically at our Dhaka warehouse.

Order Management: Orders are received through our website and social media channels.Delivery Coordination: Parcels are dispatched through courier partners (e.g., Lalamove) or internal delivery teams.

Customer Service & Feedback: Post-delivery communication, issue handling, and feedback collection are managed proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations including sourcing, packaging, inventory, and delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse teams, suppliers, delivery partners, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Handle operational challenges and make quick, smart decisions to keep the workflow uninterrupted.
• Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
• Participate actively in solving business challenges and support growth initiatives.
