Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze and improve operational processes to reduce costs and enhance overall performance.
- Ensure company operations comply with institutional standards and policies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the complete process from student admission to visa issuance for all study destinations.
- Handle foreign university applications, admissions, scholarships, and visa documentation efficiently.
- Communicate directly with international universities regarding applications, admissions, and scholarship opportunities.
- Provide consultation to students and guardians on admission procedures, study destinations, and university options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students through both phone and in-person interactions.
- Prepare required documents, complete application forms, and draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa applications.
