Responsibilities & Context
Skill to operate KBA Rapida 4 colour sheet-fed printing machine.
Able to adjust printing parameter, ink density and alignment.
Ensure proper registration and colour matching for high quality output.
Check and mount printing plate accurately and monitor print quality.
Identify and fix issues like misregistration , ghosting, hickeys, smudging and colour variation.
Perform daily and periodical maintenance and ensure safety to prevent accident.
Report any mechanical and electrical issues to the maintenance team.
Maintain production schedule, optimize materials usage and minimize waste
Ensure Clean and organized work environment.
