Responsibilities & Context
- Skill to operate KBA Rapida 4 colour sheet-fed printing machine.
- Able to adjust printing parameter, ink density and alignment.
- Ensure proper registration and colour matching for high quality output.
- Check and mount printing plate accurately and monitor print quality.
- Identify and fix issues like misregistration , ghosting, hickeys, smudging and colour variation.
- Perform daily and periodical maintenance and ensure safety to prevent accident.
- Report any mechanical and electrical issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain production schedule, optimize materials usage and minimize waste
- Ensure Clean and organized work environment.
