Responsibilities & Context
- Clean the machine and production area.
- Check all units of machine before starting the machine.
- Operate the machine as per operating procedure manual.
- Ensure quality production from starting up to finishing and make necessary adjustment if needed.
- Ensure higher productivity with wastage control is a must.
- Investigate machine stoppages and ensure proper maintenance/ troubleshoot of all machine units when required.
- Ensure completion of the batch and control the work process.
- Ensure batch return & raise supplementary requisition if necessary.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
